The Floriano Peçanha dos Santos Instituto (IFPS) is the consolidation of philanthropic actions initiated more than 20 years ago by the businessman who gives this non-profit entity its name.
The Institute and Mission Focus: We have dedicated our efforts to minimizing social inequality through sociocultural activities, social protection and learning support. Our commitment is to create opportunities, strengthen bonds and promote citizenship.

The Culture of Change:
Over the years, we have evolved and learned from each challenge faced. Our culture is dynamic and adaptable, always focused on bringing about positive and lasting transformation in the lives of children, adolescents and families in vulnerable situations.
Development:
Today, IFPS develops its actions in the Engenho Novo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where it serves families with children and adolescents aged 6 to 14, with a focus on enhancing the integral development of individuals. In 2023, more than 16 thousand services were provided, which positively impacted the lives of hundreds of people.
Over the years, we have not only witnessed the impact of our work, but also developed the SuperAções methodology . This unique approach aims to enhance the integral development of individuals, overcoming vulnerabilities and promoting protagonism, through a service path technically designed to meet the needs of each family, through 4 pillars of action: Culture and Sport, Learning , Social and Psychosocial Protection.
Recognition and Certifications:
Along the way, we have achieved important recognitions, such as the Human Rights Seal (in 2020 as a result of the work carried out during the Covid19 pandemic), the International Transparency and Management Certification, the Salvador Arena Foundation Award and Certification as a Social Assistance Benevolent Entity (CEBAS) by the Federal Government.
